We can only ship wine to states where it’s legally allowed. Right now, we’re unable to deliver wine to addresses in AR, DE, MS, RI, and UT. If you live in one of those states but want to order non-wine products (coffee, cheese, etc.), or send a gift/have wine shipped to an address outside of them, you’re good to go!

The good news? Wine shipping laws are constantly evolving, and we’re keeping a close eye on them. We’re hopeful we'll be able to expand shipping as new rules are passed and demand continues to grow.

A note about Michigan (MI): For orders headed to Michigan, title and ownership of the wine pass from the licensed retailer to you in the state where the sale happens. You’ll be responsible for arranging delivery from there to Michigan, and sales tax will be based on the retailer’s location.
