When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders usually ship within 48 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. However, please allow up to 10–14 days for delivery in case of any unforeseen delays, like weather or other delivery challenges.

I’m worried I won’t be able to sign for my order or I missed a delivery - what should I do?

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. box or internationally?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or outside of the United States at this time.

Are there specific areas and/or zip codes that Scout & Cellar can’t ship to?

We can only ship wine to states where it’s legally allowed. Right now, we’re unable to deliver wine to addresses in AR, DE, MS, RI, and UT. If you live in one of those states but want to order non-wine products (coffee, cheese, etc.), or send a gift/

Why don’t I see an option to pick up at the Tasting Room anymore?
