What should I expect when I choose to ship at a later date?

When shipping directly to recipients, and you select "Schedule a later shipping date",  you are choosing a date for your order to begin processing.

This is not the exact date it will leave our warehouse.

Here’s how it works:

• We will start processing your order on the date you select
• It usually takes about 2-3 business days (longer for large orders, plus 7–10 days for delivery) after that to actually ship
• As soon as your order leaves our facility, we’ll send you tracking information

So if you choose “Schedule a later shipping date” for November 15th, the order will start processing on the 15th — and will typically ship out around the 16th or 17th.

What should I expect when sending E-Gifts?

When you choose "Send E-Gift later"

When you choose "Send e-gift later" when sending as an e-gift, this will send an invitation email on the day selected. Once the recipient confirms shipping address, we will start processing your order. The e-gift recipient will also be given the option to have their order sent on a specific date as well if needed. 

When you choose "Send E-Gift now" 

This will send an invitation email immediately to the selected recipient.  Once the recipient confirms shipping address, we will start processing your order. The e-gift recipient will also be given the option to have their order sent on a specific date as well if needed.
