Can I include a personal message with the gift?
Yes! You’ll have the option to add a personalized gift note during checkout, making each gift feel special and intentional.
Do the gift sets come in special packaging?
Yes, our 2-bottle gift sets arrive in festive, eco-friendly packaging that’s ready to gift for an additional fee—no wrapping required! Just choose the “With Gift Box” option where available.
Can I ship gift sets directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address and we’ll take care of the rest—ensuring the gift arrives at their doorstep.
How long will it take for my gift to arrive?
Shipping timelines vary by location and season. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery, especially during peak holiday weeks. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Our orders typically ship and arrive in 5-7 bus
Are there subscription options for gifting?
Yes, this year - for a limited time - we’re offering our Quarterly 4-Bottle Mix wine subscription in 2 ways: one full year (4 shipments) and half a year (2 shipments). The Clean-Crafted™ Gift that keeps on giving!.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting options?
Yes, we love helping businesses and groups share the gift of Clean-Crafted™ wine. If you have more than 5 people on your gift list, Group/Corporate gifting is a great choice. With Group gifting, you can easily select your gifts, add multiple recipien
What if my recipient doesn't drink wine?
No worries - we have a Coffee Gift Set as well as Digital Gift Cards that can be used toward any purchase - including our non-alcoholic wine, cheese sets, and yes, coffee.
Can I place the order today and have it shipped later on a specific day of my choice?
At this time, future ship dates are available for Group or Corporate Gifting. You can place an order via gifting.scoutandcellar.com. You must have a minimum of 5 recipients to submit a Group/Corporate Gifting order.
Do my member perks apply toward Holiday Gift Sets?
Yes, they do! However, member perks, promotions/coupons, and volume discounts do not apply toward Group/Corporate Gifting.
Is there a deadline to buy Holiday Gift Sets?
All Gift Sets are only available for a limited time - until Dec 31. We also have shipping deadlines:. Thanksgiving: Order by November 17 Christmas/Hanukkah Eve: Order by December 15 New Year's Eve: Order by December 22
Can I include a gift message on my Gift Set orders?
Yes! You can include a personalized message—up to 500 characters—which will appear at the top of the enclosed packing slip.
Can I gift a wine subscription?
Absolutely! Choose from our Gift A Subscription option with four quarterly shipments, or Gift A Season with two shipments over six months.
Do I receive Scout Circle member perks when I gift a subscription?
Scout Circle member perks are only available when you begin your own Scout Circle Club membership.
Does my gift recipient receive member perks with their wine subscription gift?
While the gifted subscription is a wonderful introduction to our Clean-Crafted™ wines, exclusive member perks are available once they begin their own Scout Circle Club membership.
How long does the e gift recipient have to accept my e-gift?
Recipients have 15 days to accept their e-gift. If the gift isn’t accepted within that time, the order will be automatically refunded to the gift giver.
There’s a typo in my recipient’s email address, but I already submitted the order. What should I do?
Contact Customer Support right away. If the order hasn’t been accepted or processed yet, we can correct the email address for you.
How do I cancel my Group or Corporate order?
We’re happy to help! If your order hasn’t been processed—or hasn’t been accepted yet for e-gift orders—our Customer Care team can assist with cancellation options. Just Contact Us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What does Send E-Gift Now or Later/ Ship Now or Later mean?
What should I expect when I choose to ship at a later date?. When shipping directly to recipients, and you select "Schedule a later shipping date", you are choosing a date for your order to begin processing. This is not the exact date it will leave
