Full Glass is the parent company of Scout & Cellar. When we updated our billing processor, the charge description was updated to Full Glass - SC SPV LLC, where “SC” stands for Scout & Cellar.

Your purchase is still from Scout & Cellar, and nothing about your order has changed.

If your transaction was declined, it may have been flagged by your bank due to the updated charge description. We recommend contacting your bank to approve the charge and prevent any further disruptions to your orders
